Ordering and Return Processes For Iraq
- The orders you place are delivered to you within 48 hours to 72 hours at the latest.
- Your orders will be delivered every day of the week between 09:00 and 00:00.
- If you create the order until 02:00 PM at the latest, your order will be shipped on the same day. It will be delivered to you within 48 hours at the latest. For orders received after 02:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Saturday because cargo companies are on holiday on Friday. Therefore, the delivery time may be longer.
- In cases such as public holidays and religious holidays, the cargo company does not work. For this reason, your orders will be shipped on the next business day after the end of the holiday.
- You can pay your orders in USD or Iraqi Dinar.
- You will be called by the cargo before your orders come to you.
- Gift wrapping and notes are not available.
- Always open your order with the cargo officer, if the package contents are missing or incorrect, do not receive the cargo and do not pay the fee.
- If you have not opened the product in the presence of the cargo officer and the products are defective or missing, you can return it by calling the Whatsapp return line with a detailed description of the situation and a few photos. The customer advisor will review your request and return as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be ordered from www.storeexpress.iq, you can order from the address, mobile applications or Whatsap.
- Except for over 100 usd electronic products, you do not pay shipping fees for your purchases.
- Shipping fee is not included in your orders.
- You pay the amount written on the package for the orders brought to you by the cargo element. This amount already includes the shipping fee. The cargo person cannot charge you any extra money.
Return
- For clothing and footwear (except underwear and socks), you can return the products you have purchased unconditionally within 7 days with the invoice. However, the product sent to you must not be used, the label must not be torn or damaged. Return shipping costs belong to the customer.
- How can you return other products? You can initiate the return by clicking on return requests from the My Account menu. As soon as possible after the return request, customer service will be called as soon as possible and a courier and return record will be created for the products you want to return and the return process will be started. If you have purchased by credit card or Zain Cash, the products will be returned by the cargo personnel and deposited into your bank account within seven (7) business days after they arrive at our central warehouse. Or you can get a coupon code according to customer demand and spend your money on shopping at Store Express.
- There is no right of exchange and return for products other than clothing and footwear. However, you can return your defective, defective and wrong order and you will not pay any shipping fee.
- We do not have an exchange process due to the limited stock of products sold.
Order and Return Processes for Other Countries,
- Since your orders come from Iraq, they will be delivered to you in seven (7) to twenty-one (21) days at the latest.
- If you create the order until 02:00 PM at the latest, your order will be shipped on the same day. For orders received after 02:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped on Sunday as cargo companies are on holiday on Friday and Saturday. Therefore, the delivery time may be longer.
